RISC Mission Statement The Returnee Integration Support Center is a Cambodian non-governmental humanitarian organization facilitating the integration into Cambodian society of people who were admitted to the United States as refugees and are being deported to Cambodia. Through our services we provide assistance with documentation, employment, housing and referral services, in order to support returnees who seek assistance in becoming independent and productive members of society. |

Mr. Kloeung Aun Kloeung Aun was born in Kompong Thom, Cambodia, in 1969. As a small boy, he moved to Texas where he graduated from high school and studied construction trades. In Texas, he worked as a shipping clerk, drill press operator, air-conditioner repairman and microchip quality control technician. In 2002, Aun returned to Cambodia and has worked as a waiter and cashier in a restaurant, then as administrative assistant in the Returnee Assistance Project (RAP) before joining RISP and RISC. |

Mr. Keo Sarith Mr. Keo Sarith is the Liaison Officer/Case Manager for RISP. As the Liaison Officer he works closely with returnees to help them obtain important documents, i.e., family book, birth certificate, national identification, driver’s license and passport. He also works on the Case Management team helping the case managers with their duties. He graduated from high school in 1993 and studied social sciences for two years at the Phnom Penh University. In addition, Mr. Sarith completed a Case Management course through the Rhode Island College. Amongst his many talents he worked for the United Nations Human Right Center (UNHRC) for one year as a teacher to prison police officials on human rights issues. Mr. Keo Sarith is married and has two children. He resides in Phnom Penh and he like to play sports, lift weights and listen to music. |

Mr. Sith Navy Kor Sith Navy Kor was born in Phnom Penh in 1977. He graduated from High School in 1998. He became a Site Officer for RISC in 2006. Navykor is single and currently lives in Phnom Penh. |

Mr. Kan Sophon Mr. Kan Sophon (Steve) was born in 1974 at Battambang, Cambodia. In February 2006, he volunteered to come back to Cambodia. Currently he is a single father with 2 children, his oldest is living in the States and his youngest is living with him in Cambodia. Steve first job in Cambodia was with DDD as an Add Tagger/Prove Reader/Translator. Then in 2007, he started a freelance construction business. As of July 2009, he jointed RISC as a Case Manager. |

Mr. Im Song Mr. Im Song was born in 1964 at Battambang, Cambodia. In December 2002, he volunteered to come back to Cambodia. He got three children, the two oldest are living with their mother in the USA. His youngest son is living with him in Cambodia. Mr. Im Song first job in Cambodia was with KIDS Guesthouse as an Assistant Manager. His second job was with RAP as a Site Manager and his third job was with the Elephant Valley Project as a Site Manager. In July 2009, he jointed RISC as an Administration/Finance and Site Manager. |

Mr. Bill Herod Bill Herod, born in Indiana in 1945, served with Church World Service in Viet-Nam, Hong Kong and the US from 1966 to 1986, then as director of the Indochina Project in Washington, DC. In 1994, Bill moved to Cambodia where he has served as country director of the American Friends Service Committee, Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation and the Returnee Assistance Program (the predecessor of RISP). He has also worked as information officer of the NGO Forum and as IT specialist for the International Development Research Center. |

Mr. Ngoun Pheng Se Ngoun Pheng Se was born in Kandal province in 1968. He graduated from high school in 1987 and worked as a dispatch officer from 1989 to 1995, then as an administrative officer for the Ministry of Interior. Pheng Se works as an Assistant Site Manager at the RISP/RISC Special Needs House. Pheng Se is married. He and his wife and their two children live in Phnom Penh. |

Tol Lyhov Tol Lyhov was born in 1980 in Battambang Cambodia. Lyhov went to Indract Thevy High School and graduated in 1999. Lyhov was working with Cambodia Safety Petro Agency prior to becoming employ with RISC in 2008. Lyhov is married and is currently living in Phnom Penh with his wife. |

Hin Savan Savan was born in 1976 in Svay Rieng, Cambodia. Savan has been working for the program since 2004. Savan lives in Phnom Penh with his son and wife. |
